BraveMaker is BACK with a FILM SCREENING event in Redwood City and the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative.

We are extremely excited and honored to host NO RIGHT WAY. A film that has been taking the country by storm at all the film festivals.

What is this movie about? NO RIGHT WAY is about Georgie (played by Ava Acres), a brazen tween, is thrust into the guardianship of her half-sister Harper (played by Chelsea Bo) whose attempts to parent only lead to exposing their paralleled childhood.

A heartwarming drama with tons of comedy that will open your heart and inspire you to see your own life’s potential to make the world better as you experience hope and find your own inner healing.

This film is great for audiences who love indie film, like to laugh and be challenged with films they watch as well as get the chance to meet the filmmakers and ask them questions.

For filmmakers and actors–NO RIGHT WAY is great for you to watch because the film was made on an indie budget with lots of improv. Once you watch it and hear the back story–you will be inspired to go out and make your movie, too!

Starring and directed by Chelsea Bo. Chelsea is a writer/director with a theater and improv background. She graduated from Loyola Marymount University’s School of Film & Television and was selected for both Film Independent’s Incubator Lab and Village Roadshow’s Emerging Talent Program. Chelsea co-founded the production company Paxeros with her husband/producing partner Sean Drummond, and together they have produced three feature films, including Joshua Leonard’s Fully Realized Humans (Tribeca, 2020) and Sarah Adina Smith’s The Drop (Tribeca, 2022). No Right Way is her feature directorial debut and has won 16 awards over 19 festivals in which they have screened.
