Hollow is a haunting, intimate short film set deep within Northern California’s redwood forests, where a mysterious phenomenon offers people a glimpse of the lives they almost lived. At its heart, the film follows two former lovers pulled back together by unresolved grief, unfinished love, and a place that seems to bend time itself. Blending grounded human emotion with subtle, unsettling supernatural elements, Hollow explores a universal question: If you could step into the past or the future for just a moment, would you — and what would it cost you to return? This short film serves as a proof of concept for a larger scripted series envisioned to be filmed in Sonoma County.
